My name is Scott Semegran and I live in Austin, Texas. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in English. I'm a cartoonist, a web developer, a writer, and a publisher. I can also bend metal with my mind and run really fast, if chased by a pack of wolves.
My comic strips have appeared in the following newspapers:
- The Austin Student
- The Funny Times
- The Austin American-Statesman
- Rocky Mountain Bullhorn
- Seven Days
- The University of Texas at Dallas Mercury
- The North Austin Bee
Mr. Grieves animated cartoons debuted on my web site in April 2008. They are available for purchase to view on your iPod, iPhone, Blackberry, or whatever mobile device you have. So please buy and download your favorite cartoon. They're great to watch while in church, sitting on the toilet, or during those long, boring meetings you have at your job. What do you think your boss is watching on his Blackberry?
My short stories have appeared in publications and literary journals. I have recently unearthed several floppy disks and compact discs of several of these stories and will republish them here for your enjoyment. Please support independent publishing! My latest novel The Meteoric Rise of Simon Burchwood is available through Lulu.com.
I am also a web developer. How do you think this web site was created? Well, duh...
